Iridescent Silver Ring NASA

One of a kind, beautiful Ring found at a flea market in Austin TX. Not sure about the size, probably 9? Please see picture with measuring tape as reference, widest point measures 2cm. The ring was stored for a view years, therefore the silver part looks a bit tarnished. But I believe it can can be cleaned with common Jewelry cleaner. The stone looks beautiful, the artist worked with layers of metal foil that’s been used for astronaut helmets from NASA( according to the vendor).
