Investments II size 3X black tunic with horizontal bands of small gold colored metal sparkles. Short sleeves with additional sparkles. Can be layered with longer sleeves underneath. Easy stretch, lightweight, wrinkle resistant fabric is very comfortable. Great condition, worn once. The material is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. Its 33 inches from shoulder to hem and the back is not longer---same front and back.
