Intricate SIGNED Circle Pin Rhinestones & Pearls

Gorgeous circle wreath pin features three rosettes with pearl beads, three ruby rhinestones and lots of detail in the setting. The pin closes with a ball and claw clasp. The pin is signed, but I can't read the name of the designer. It measures 1-3/8" side to side. I've owned this pin for about 20 years, and have never worn it. It is in pristine condition.
