Intricate Green and Black Decorative Vintage wood mask

Tibetan Mahakala mask, hand-carved from wood and painted with intricate details. The masks represents Mahakala, a wrathful deity in Hindu and Tibetan Buddhist traditions, symbolizing protection, strength, and the destruction of negativity. They commonly depict an enraged visage with a third eye and a crown of five skulls, representing the transmutation of negative afflictions into wisdom.
