Intricate Blue and Gold Ceramic Owl Art Rinconada

This exquisite ceramic owl art piece features a deep blue body with gold accents, showcasing intricate patterns and textures. The owl's large, round eyes are mesmerizing, with alternating blue and gold concentric circles. Its wings are elegantly folded, adorned with detailed designs and gold trim, creating a stunning visual contrast. I believe this ceramic owl is from the Rinconada Design 2002-2003 Anniversary Collection handcrafted by artisans from Uruguay; no two sculptures are the same as only the finest ceramic material is used as artists carve, sculpt and hand paint each figurine with enamel, 18k gold and platinum to create a unique work of art. My guess is this is a Saw-Whet owl. The Rinconada Animal Collection was a gift given to me, so I am the original owner of this set; I am just unsure of the year but it was in the early 2000’s.
