Intrend Gray Ruched Dress

Cap sleeve dress with a wider bateau neckline. By Intrend which is the outlet brand of Max Mara. Form fitting dress. No stretch. Side drape ruching. Fully lined. Hits mid knee/just below the knee. It was always a little tight and now is just too small. I never ended up wearing it. Size says 4 but I think it runs small, like a 0/2.
