International Union Of Operating Engineers Belt Buckle 1896-1996 Levi's Belt 36 Condition: The buckle is in overall good pre-owned condition. Some light scuffs from normal wear but no major flaws. The belt has scuffs as well where the brown leather shows through the black. The belt has a couple of manmade holes as well. Please see photos.  Color: The buckle is gold and black. The belt is black on the top and brown on the underside Material: The belt is leather and the buckle seems to be brass although there are no markings that say that specifically Features: The buckle can be removed from the belt and the best is adjustable  Size: The belt is a size 36, the buckle measures 3.5"W x 2 5/8"H Flat measurements: End to 1st hole: 32" End to last hole: 37" Leather end to end: 40.75" All photos taken by me of the actual item.
