luv4life What exactly are you videoing and taking of pictures of in the packing process? Only asking as a seller wandering if I should be doing something similar.

lecxi @luv4life I've been scammed before-so I do video and pictures of me packaging the product so they can't try to open a case with Posh saying I sent something different

lecxi @luv4life basically what happened to me( one of my first sales was so excited!, and three days later I get an email from Posh stating a case was opened against me as item misrepresented/not as stated in description-and I was blown away because I disclosed everything and it was brand new- she won

lecxi @luv4life I got back something that was obviously to small for her because it was torn at the seams and now garbage😒. Literally had to throw it away- hurt my stats and lost out on a sale-so now I just protect myself in case it does happen again I will have something to send Posh showing what I sent vs. what the buyer is saying they received. I've had nothing but amazing buyers since though 😊💕🛍

luv4life @routique thank you for sharing. As a seller, so far, I have not had a bad experience. But I think I would be smart to do something similar to protect myself. I do appreciate you sharing so I can learn something from your misfortune.

lecxi @luv4life no problem!! I've left it at the bottom of my closet because I want to re word the last line to sound less hostile- I've had nothing but great buyers since, but they are out there, so I just wanted something to hopefully deter a potential situation
