Inspector Gadget figure

Vintage complete Inspector Gadget toy figure. Back in the late 1990's each piece came with a happy meal so it took a bit to complete. He has been stored and is in clean, excellent condition. He has some moving parts and is from 11" to 14" depending on if his legs are expanded. The movie character of him was played by actor Rowan Atkinson of Mr. Bean fame. Original owner.
