Are these the f lite cross training or are they more like barefoot minimalist shoes?

@dana1029 Here's the current description of model Bare-FX from the manufacturer, inov8: "Super-light and flexible, the BARE-XF training shoes offer a natural fit and move with the foot in motion. They feature a zero drop, bringing the foot closer to the ground."
From my experience, I've worn Merrell vapor gloves for years and this shoe has a thicker sole than the vapor glove, but not as thick as the Xero HFS I have tried. I hope this helps!
