New with tags! This is a lovely chocolate brown tunic halter dress by NYC designers, Ingwa; Melero. It is a very soft rayon and has a leather cut-out that embellishes the neckline. I purchased it directly from the flagship store as a showroom sample, so it does not have a size tag sewn in, but was sold to me as a small, which is reflected on the hang-tag.
