I DONT HIDE IT JEEZ PPL READ B4 U BUY ITS A LITTLE RIDICULOUS

theswap_shoppe A lot of buyers do not read info listings. Consider adding "Smoke and Pet Friendly home" to your sale listings for total transparency. Happier and satisfied customers, and it'll improve your rating.

dominiqueann100 @theswap_shoppe but you can only add a certain amount of letters to each description and I always run out of room so I always make posts and share them constantly

april1lee @dominiqueann100 hey! I don’t mind and wouldn’t ever comment that! But maybe you can add a photo in your listing saying “smoke and pet friendly home” that way it’s in their face and then it’s as transparent as it gets?!?!

dominiqueann100 @april1lee the only thing is you can only have a certain amount of words on the description and I usually use them all up even have to delete words and make words shorter to fit the rest that I want to say like I'm already making the word one to 1 .. you to u from to 4rm so it's hard to do that ya know .. they need a bio like on merc(ari) so everyone knows to read it

april1lee @dominiqueann100 yeah! What I’m saying is make the “pet and smoke friendly” apart of the photos for the listing cause you can post up to 10 photos I believe or 8. That way when they are looking at the actual item it’s in there. Like the cover photo is the item then the next picture says “smoke a pet friendly” and then the other photos after are other angles of the item!

I've never thought about that .. people who don't smoke or have pets say that so even though i posted so many listings about smoke and pet hair and I NEVER ONCE STATED NO ANIMALS OR SMOKE and they never ask bc I would be honest they still seem to complain and act like I lied but they never asked .. but that is actually a great idea about the pic thank you again

b_keltz Love this!! I've had similar issues, my thought is do you not wash things you buy before wearing them??? I wash my clothes no matter what they smell like, new from a store or used from here or anywhere else. I get the frustration!!

chasemorgan1121 @dominiqueann100 I'm with you 100% and it kills my soul, because posh has refunded a couple people who say something about the smoke, and I never mislead anyone, so if it's that big of an issue and I say that because if the way they go about it, like I'm a filthy person, ask, I tried to return something that was listed nwt and received it to not only have no tags but the size was wrong and it had been washed... But I didn't get a refund, it fit me like it was for a 5yr old

chasemorgan1121 @b_keltz I have actually said this to people, she made it seem, of course where everyone could see it, like I sent her dirty clothes and it was unacceptable, I explained to her, for one I thought it was unacceptable she would say the things she said in a comment and for 2 that I wash all my things and out them in totes, I don't wash them as I sell them I assume people wash 2nd hand items, ugghhhh this really hits a nerve, this one particular woman 🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐
