can i ask when you ordered these? i just ordered a 28 and they are arond 13.25" flat across the waist. i was wondering if their sizing changed

Oh jeez, that’s sad. Did you buy them new or used? If used, someone could have machine dried and shrunk them. I got these over a year ago and have always hung them to dry. I’ve never had any issues with their sizing…great consistent company for everything I’ve purchased
