I purchased it hoping it would fit but the bust top section was too small. The back of the top section is smocked with elastic. There is lining in the bust section and the lining is 100% polyester. The rest of the dress is not lined. It somewhat sheer. Depending on your preference you may want tot wear a mini half slip or knit short shorts underneath. The shell of the dress is 100% rayon. Made in India. Machine wash cold , line dry, if needed cool iron. The tag attached mentions irregularities in weave and shade variations are characteristics of the fabric and are not defects.
