Indiana Tiffin King's crown thumbprint Ruby Red Glass Compote with Lid. Vintage 1970s American designer gift. This wonderful popular ever collectible glass compote with lid in King's Crown thumbprint by Indiana of Tiffin, It's hard to distinguish between the two manufacturers. It's done in crystal clear glass with Ruby flashing simply stunning as only Ruby red glass can be. Made in USA pattern is retired. In production from 1960 to 1990. Measures 8.25 inches tall to the finale. 5.5 inches tall without lid. 5.5 inches wide. Hallmarks or unmarked identified via pattern shape and color. Please see pictures. Condition is excellent. Pre owned vintage. This piece shows little evidence of age or use, with little wear to the flashing. Chips and Flake free. I have other items in this pattern.
