Indian blouse saree blouse

NWOT. never worn. I bought it at indian expo. it's padded, back hook closure, has back strings to tie with latkans. it is a thick raw silk type material (see closeup photo) with floral print all over. it is fully lined and has short sleeves. it's looks very well made.
