Indian Tunic Dress Kurta or Anarkali style or Costume

This dress is an A-line tunic with fitted bodice with flowing skirt. It has distinct diagonal orange and white stripes characteristic of the leheriya tie-dye technique. The yoke and hem are decorated with elaborate gold embroidery and appliques. There is a pair of paints that are worn under the dress. There is some staining on the right cuff and yoke of the dress. It feels like silk but has no labels so I'm not sure. Also, I bought this dress to wear to a party but it didn't fit and I didn't notice the stains on the yoke. I wasn't sure how to launder this item. Maybe you know what's best. It is beautiful and bright and very ethnic. I apologize if my description isn't culturally correct. Please message me if you feel I need to change anything. This item would also made a great costume for a theatrical event, even with the flaws. The chest measures 18" across and the sleeves are 28".
