India Anklet/bracelet pair rhinestones painted

Silver toned thick anklets with rhinestones and painted 🪔 design. Each rhinestone embellishments have bells attached to them. They make very faint sounds while walking. Bought from Amazon because the of the lamp design. Cannot find a way to wear it in winter. I have worn it a few times to parties and get-togethers. Some discoloration on the silver part. I am not sure what metal it is. I have not had a reaction to it while wearing. Please make sure to ask questions before buying.
