Incomplete LEGO Friends 3065 Olivia’s Tree House Missing Piece a building Blocks

Here is a Lego friends building blocks set 3065, Olivia’s treehouse. ***Please note that there are missing pieces along with the back page and front page of the instruction booklet. I have gone through as to build and found missing pieces. ((The last , piece page is gone)) Missing pieces are in a little bag with the brown blocks, treetops, and purple pieces. When more of the same piece is missing I set them aside and put in this bag. All pets and minifigures are included. Price due to missing pieces please feel free to email any questions.
