"In the Navy" striped dress

Super cute blue and white striped dress with two anchor buttons on each sleeve and pockets at hip length. Great for a summers day with strappy sandals or a fun evening with heeled boots or wedges. Worn only once in great condition, a little too short and small for me now:)
