In Search of CeCe Cold Shoulder Blouse like this one. I was wearing the ladies medium and it fit just right. I would like to find a new one in black and/or really all the colors I can find because I love it. LOL! I tend to favor this shirt over so many in my closet so I'd love to find more prefer NWT or NWOT or in excellent used condition. ladies S or M in this brand, or M in petites.
