Imported Vintage Retro Rare Helly Kitty keychain pendant '76 '99 Sanrio

*** Has been polished. Photo with ruler is pre-polish. Pewter in color and has weight to it. Has a couple nicks and scratches as with typical pre owned condition items but in good condition as shown in photos. Has little encrusted jewel detail in her bow. I say that this is fairly rare only because I am unable to find another genuine Sanrio listing of a key chain / pendant with a full body, just her head. The back reads (c) '76 '99 Sanrio. Am not sure of origin whether it's US or Japan. But had one owner and was kept in jewelry box for years. Hence the need for the polish clean up. Feel free to inquire further.
