Imperfect handmade dress floral plus size button down back dress size 2X 3X ?

Imperfect - the shoulders have snap buttons - the 2nd snap is stuck on the first button (not in the correct place) although the first buttons snap is attached. There is a hole where the snap is supposed to be. (Pics 10,11). Also there are a few small purple dots - (pics 3,4,5) maybe marker?.. and some wash wear.
