Impeccably made Vintage London Fog trench coat with detachable hood - worn once

Vintage London Fog khaki trench coat with detachable hood (shown with and without hood). Fully lined. They really don't make things like they used to. The quality of this coat is impeccable, and the attention to detail is unmatched. Made of a substantial fabric. Feminine detail with slight puff at sleeve wrist. There is a clear strip attached by buttons on the inside of one side of the belt (see photo) to not only keep the belt from shifting (so you don't have one side longer than the other) but also so you can wear the coat open with the belt untied and not worry about losing the belt...because the little plastic piece keeps it in place. I have never seen this before on a coat, but it's absolutely brilliant! Extra buttons sewn inside. Coat says size 8 petite...but this coat was made before vanity sizing was a thing. I would say its more of a current day 4 petite (and I listed the size as such). Someone smaller could also easily wear this. I'm a size 0 regular (5' 7" and 105 lbs) and tried it on and with the belt tied it fit me perfectly (and hit below my knees) the sleeve hit me right at the top of my hand. I have long arms (I'm not a petite size) but the sleeves weren't really short on someone with average measurements like me. Sleeve (from shoulder seam to end of cuff): 21 1/4" Length (from top of shoulder to hem): 42" This my mom's coat who is the original owner and she states she only wore it once. it's in excellent condition.
