When I looked to sell my very rare first edition copy of Comic Book Tattoo, the graphic novel versions of Tori Amos songs, I had so many friends beg me to buy it, that it became impossible to decide who to grace with this amazing book. So, the TORI PROJECT was born. I decided to deconstruct the book and make smaller individual art pieces so that many people could enjoy. This is one such piece. Based around the song Pretty Good Year, I'm calling it "Let Me Tell You Something About America." In a silver metallic frame with intentional very slight defects meant to represent the imperfect nature of reflection and memory, it measures 10.5"x 8.5" And to honor Tori and her work and dedication to her fans, I am donating part of the proceeds to local LGBTQ+ programs here in South Florida. The funding for these very necessary programs has been cut drastically by this government, so I'm doing all I can to help. Consider buying one of the pieces I'm offering on here.
