It seems a pair of used Nike Free Sneakers was swapped with your Coach Backpack. so the other buyer got your Coach, and I believe you're receiving the sneakers, but Posh will confirm and make the fix shortly :) again, very sorry about the mistake and any inconvenience, the other buyer has already made sure your item is safe and packed up. :)

1nerdyneil @kingcourtney65 of course :) the refund should be issued soon, im contacting posh support to see how its done as they still have the funds (they hold funds for buyer protection). With the mailing, the mail carrier will take care of it, as soon as you get the package, if they didn't already intercept it just let them know its the wrong package, they will take it from there, and posh is sending a pre paid box and postage if its needed. the ither buyer is doing the same. :)

1nerdyneil @kingcourtney65 Hey there, Poshmark an email last night letting me know everything was all set and they would take it from there since the transaction never went through to my end. I would be happy to send you the money now and even let you keep the money Posh will reimburse you, but there is no way for me to send funds to a Posh account without a cleared payment (Poshmark still has your funds). Poshmark should be in touch soon :) I'll reach out to them again as well. Sorry for the delay!

mikharley @kingcourtney65 Poshmark is the one that handles all of that. I never received your money... poshmark “holds” your money until you accept your package. But you didn’t accept the package since it’s lost so you never had to pay me for it. They should be sending you an email (similar to the one they sent me) and refunding you the money they were holding soon.
