3-88 #5 . Illinois Central Railroad 1146. The artist Jim Whitman (my father) always had a passion of trains since he was a little boy. Most of his art is by pointillism (small strokes or dots). 17x22 cardstock prints. These prints looks great with a mat and frame (see last picture).
