Ikat Pattern Off the Shoulder Dress

Pretty summer dress in navy, white, yellow, and orange ikat print. V neck in front and back, but front is a surplice/crossover style. Spaghetti straps with draped off the shoulder detail (hard to photograph but I tried!). Elastic waist. Only worn once and then washed. 100% polyester
