Really cool cowgirl hippies style! Has like a coating which adds sheen to dark black. Lots of stretch. Fits then flares to a bell. Worn once. Waist is 15.5” Rise is extra high 12” inseam is 32.5”. Great for Talls too. Very stretchy! Bell at bottom is 10” flat across. Still on site!
