Ice Blue Jessica Howard Cocktail Dress

Gorgeous lace and beading detail. My mother wore this to my wedding in 2016. Only worn once. Beautiful cocktail dress!! Two areas on back of dress barely noticeable, but makeup marks that will come out with dry cleaning—refer to photos. Top of shoulder to hem approximately 36.5” see photos for other measurements. Chiffon like material, dress is lined, color is stunning!! Looks like possible alterations around bust/waist area but I included measurements
