IZ Byer Light Green Flowy Top

Never before worn top! I did rip off the tags when I bought this top though, so unfortunately I have no proof of that. This top has an under layer that is made of Rayon and Spandex, which makes this top SUPER soft and comfy! The outer layer is polyester and very flowy. The arms are flowy up until the cuffs. The cuffs will cling more to the arms, but they are stretchy.
