IZ Byer Blue/White Pleated Bust Seersucker Dress

Very cute strapless summer dress, pairs well with flats or heels and a cute cardigan in cooler temps. Comes with a detachable bright yellow belt. The pleating in the front is very flattering, particularly for small busted ladies like myself, and once on, the fabric lays correctly (without ironing). With my small frame, I can't usually wear strapless, but this dress fits beautifully and stays up. Zipper in back, fully lined. Worn once to a wedding (plus once more for the photo above!)
