IXIA Pretty Red lips, eyes, eyelashes…reminds me of Betty Boop…on bone sleeveless 97% cotton 3% elastane medium weight dress. Smooth texture, like a polished cotton. 2 in-seam pockets. Working hidden zipper. Inset waistband. Red Peter Pan collar. Size 1x about 16-18. I bought it new, removed tag, hung it in a closet bag. Plastic tag holder is still on sleeve.
