Hello, I received my boots yesterday and they are indeed about a size too big. I failed to see the no exchange note before purchasing them. Is there absolutely no exchange for a smaller size? I ordered my true size, but definitely feel they’d fly off my feet if I my dancing moves got out of control.

@elisam1224 I did say this but you had to make an offer to purchase the new one before accepting the other one. The funds for this purchased are transferred as son as you finalize the sale and accept the boot. You had to request the return from Poshmark as an exception since Poshmark does no honor exchanges because size does not fit.

@elisam1224 on all my products I do not usually do any exchanges. The return policy with Poshmark is that they do not do any exchanges for different size but only if product did not arrive as described. In this case the size that you ordered did not fit this would not qualify for a return.

@cleveka I don’t have that information. Sorry about this. I do know some people have reported that this sits right below the calf’s widest part so it fits ok. I have not had any comment of people not being able to fit the boot because of that. But again every person is different.
