Heavily beaded on the top hem and strep with multicolored beads, sequins and rhinestones. Has a one shoulder strap and side zipper closure. Fully lined. The color is a purplish blue periwinkle. Looks a little more purple in person than it does in the photos - they are pulling more blue. May be missing some beads or rhinestones, but overall looks good.
