louisiana15 @twigette1 I don't have a bendable measuring tape. So with my normal one, the length of the band is 28 inches from one clip to the next (I wear a 32 and it's a little to big not much though it still stayed in) measurements of the cups were about 5 and 3/4 inches on the bottoms, in the center of the bottom to the top point is 5.5 inches and the sides are each about 5.5 inches. On the Triangl website they say that the small is for a B but i am in between and the xs fits better.
