ISO: Who is this designer?

Please HELP?! Can someone identify the designer? High quality handmade (not mass produced) wrapped cuff bangle with red beads along the top. This came from the Saint Bernard store in Dallas a few years ago. They carry very high end brands, so I know this wasn’t cheap! THANK YOU for taking the time to look at this! Really hoping someone can help me find the artist who makes these! ♥️
