lydianon @gemfox Lol, thats why ive been wearing only dresses and yoga pants these days. I think if i buy big fat pants i will stay fat 😊 I always have two sizes of jeans. The big ones stay in storage for years at a time. Right now even THEY dont fit! Lordy Lordy why am i eating Rolos every day?

gemfox Oh man Rolos? Yum I haven't had those in years! I got hooked on boba and gained 10lbs in a week and haven't been able to shake it off lol. I never thought as dresses as easier to wear than jeans, but now that you mention it I can totally see that!

lydianon @cc4c Thank you for the suggestion. Also, I used to take care of feral cats too. There was one in my old neighborhood that gave birth in the winter, snow everywhere, in a very inappropriate area so we moved her babies and she eventually began to trust us. Her name was Luna. Little Miss Luna Moon, lol. Tiny little black kitty...

lydianon One of our friendly neighborhood homeless cats named Lola also had babies at the same time in the garage next door. The ppl there wanted them gone, so I took them into my apt along with Lunas kittens. The two moms would nurse each others babies. Took turns going outside so the babies were never alone. Neither mom really liked being indoors but it was such a cold winter i took the babies in.

oughttobehaute @lydianon awe! Yes, Ferrell kittens are an "epidemic", but a Place Heaven Can wait spats 300 on 2 weekends of the month. I think. I just know they did that many in one day, all were well... They trusted my pup and I too. But not other "humans". 5 were hit in one weekend. The momma. All babies around her.

oughttobehaute @lydianon I quickly got towels, I stood out in this neighborhood, and people HATED ME for helping the cats. They hated me anyway, but I'm not prejudice, and wrapped the momma, the others hit... Got a cooler until I could burry them. Cleaned the street with bleach, for the kittens wanted to stay by her smell.

oughttobehaute @lydianon I'm trying to not be graphic, as an activist I've been through a lot, but each time is just as hard. I put up a sign translating 5 cats were hit last weekend, slow down in residential areas by a school. Had a cross. The babies would wait for me to bring food.

oughttobehaute @lydianon it got to be 30. People were saying, your battling colon cancer, taking care of your dad, your dog, you can't worry about 30 cats! I said they wait for me! How can I not? So far I rounded up 18 into a garage with heater and food. That I could "have a non kill shelter take them"". Domesticate.

oughttobehaute @lydianon a guy was putting rat traps near the babies, and it had gotten cold and rainy. In this hood, they'll shoot one on their property. I'd still take a stick, and set off the rat traps, poisoned food. It got costly, one guy new, pulled over thought I was robbing a house! Ha ha.

oughttobehaute @lydianon I had a hoodie, my blonde hair pulled back, flashlight. I pulled my hair back, my white chi with her Swarovski collar and pink tail comes up. He said "she's a prop?" He was serious! His gf in back said, "look, she has kitten food in that bag, she's not lying". It's sad people assume the worst often, that doing good when no ones watching, is unimaginable!!! If I can help, I do. Did you look at ocposh for those dresses? She has a shareholder. Ask her!

lydianon @hermosarose Oooh nice! Yr closet is full of lovely Tiny things though... I gained HALF my body weight last year since my bf died. So I've got a closet full of beautiful tiny dresses that I don't know if I will ever fit again. I've been like 90lbs all my life and never learned how to eat right and exercise Lol so now I don't have the will power or whatever to lose this 50 lbs 😝
