I have a pair but I think they are men's 7. bought them from someone who said they were women's 7 but they are way too big. I can measure them tie to heel and send you a pic if you're interested.

@nerdilyblog measuring the bottom sole from the point to the heel, it's 11.5 inches. if you subtract an inch for the how far the sole sticks out from the shoe, that's approx 10.5" for the actual leather shoe.
