reddahliarose @solsticelove Umm, hard to explain. It's similar to the stretching belts and bands used in pilates and yoga, resistance bands too. But it's set up to target your bottom and legs and such and your core. if you go to their website it's shows them using them, i just don't want to pay $100+ taxes and shipping if I could find one slightly used. ya know? 😂
