loopholer Yes @msarielle can do small or XS in the sweet they run large. My only immediate tops ISO are black fiesta and a studded heart. A grey motor in XS or small.

I'm 56 so anything too long which is not too long though just too loose on my hands and wrists and I find that the extra small is better I have put on a little bit await I could probably do a small OK but I would rather have

loopholer Aren't you in the medical field? See i changed my provider back yesterday. The first place I went give me monarchs and sent me out the door and I have hypothyroid it pulled me off the Depakote to not have it they did not even call in anything from over a month so I switched insurance providers and that woman was way worse

msarielle I'm in the mental health/chemical dependency field... I have hypothyroidism too. I started out with the reverse and had an overactive thyroid but eventually I had to have a procedure that shrunk my thyroid gland and now I don't produce any of the thyroid hormones without medication. I have to take it daily or I don't know what would happen...i would be really sick, I know that for sure. @loopholer

loopholer In saying that I felt that way I felt that way but I can recognize it you know and I Chyna know how to delay myself from anything like that luckily. Not driving I'm not actually having a bunch of friends in town is difficult on that level but Erika comes over and also not being able to drive help me from getting in any trouble with the impulsivity. It got really bad and the worst I've ever felt when I couldn't sleep for like five days

loopholer I wouldn't want to put my family through anything like that even if it was just a temporary solution as like to the point of just wanting to do something to get out of the situation I'm in but it's not been strong enough I did have to throw a bottle of pills away though because it was making me nervous because my mind was impulsive I can see those kind of things now though

msarielle Good, I'm glad to hear you are having more good days than bad and staying positive is so important, if at all possible. It sounds like we probably have some similar diagnosis so I think it's safe to say I may be able to relate to some of the things you are experiencing. I just hope it all works out sooner rather than later. I'm not sure how good of a support network you have but if you think it would help I would be happy to give you my number. msarielle @jillianka I'm currently working on a mobile crisis outreach team. We respond to crisis in the community related to mental health and substance use and we go everywhere and anywhere....literally meet the client 'where they are' - hospital, school, home, side of the road. I'm planing to go back to school next year to get my MA in counseling so eventually I can work for myself but for now my job is perfect and I'm always learning something new! Tell me about the work you do!

jillianka Ahhhh yes! I know all about mobile crisis! I work for a major nys psych hospital in one of the outpatient clinics. People with severe to mild mental illness and some with co-occurring disorders. We have had to call mobile cris ofgen. At night I moonlight as a drug and alcohol therapist as well. As you said, tough, but rewarding. 💕💕
