ytktrain @dariktolnay yes. The 46 tag is in European size. It is a Jersey fabric, so there’s a nice stretch to it. are you familiar with isaia sizing? Just want to make sure because it’s final sale. Also, how tall are you?

chilmarkcellars Hi! Have you made any modifications to the jacket i.e. sleeve length or shortening the jacket? Also, do the sleeves have working button holes? If so can you measure them from the top of the shoulder?

ytktrain @chilmarkcellars thanks for your inquiry. I don’t remember if I had any alterations done, but if I did, it would be in the sleeves. I measured the sleeves from top to end, and they measure 23 inches. Buttons are, indeed, functional. Thanks again for contacting me

chilmarkcellars Thank you @ytktrain. That is quite close to working for me! The sleeves on my Isaia jackets are usually 23.5''' though. Would you mind taking a picture of both the outside and inside of the end of the sleeves to see if there is material to let out?
