IRO Scooped Neck Black Sequined Mini Dress, Sz XS

Lovely black 3/4 length sleeves, sequined (sequins are not super shiny. Semi matte) IRO mini shift dress. Never worn but there is a tiny little snag on the top portion, but it is not noticable to my eye at least. Size XS but fit is not tight so I'd consider it closer to a size small. Great condition.
