IRO red Finley blouse. Ruffle detail at sleeve and hem. Raw, unfinished edge. Lace up front. Women’s size 38, or a U.S. 6. See attached sizing chart. Approx 23 inches in length, 19 inches pit to pit laying flat. The lace does have some discoloration. Last photo shows it in natural light. It’s possible that it would come out, but I haven’t tried.
