One of my Hermes rivets fell off my bag. I don't live anywhere near an Hermes anymore and need another end. Anyone have ideas or extra pieces? Thanks!

blondiejag Boy! Same problem here, I lost the screw to the other end of the bar for my Herbag, cant even get help from the Hermes store😢

mlp252 @daryabeigi17 Hey, I actually took the end from the strap located in the middle of the backpack bag and used that end to screw into the rivet opening so one is just a bit larger than the other rivet-if that makes sense. After reading forums, many people said Hermes will not do replacement pieces

larisarose @blondiejag that’s annoying. Did you also post this to purse forum at some point? I think I read your comment there. Let’s see if they can help me at the nyc store. Ever since Claude retired the service there is hit or miss. Thanks.

blondiejag @larisarose yes I think I did post it there. I think I had to go in with the bag so they could see it was authentic. But once I was there they were really kind and helpful.

larisarose @blondiejag nyc store says they will sell me the bar, I just called. Considering this is a design flaw I feel like it’s inadequate. I guess I’ll have to cash out though.

blondiejag @larisarose Well that’s some success at least. They wouldn’t send it to me, I had to go there which was quite a hassle but they replaced the whole bar not just the end piece, free of charge.
