Beautiful velvet wrap dress from a local boutique! The brand is In Loom (in-loom.com).
I bought it for an event and then decided to wear something else, so it’s new with tags!
There is a small snap closure at the top for modesty on the bus. Otherwise the dress literally wraps shut.
It’s in brand new condition! Just a little bit linty from hanging in the closet.
