Has stretchy smocking panel around bust and elastic in the wrists and shoulders.
Exterior fabric is 100% cotton gauze with a polyester lining.

Good used condition. Only flaw of note is some of the thread in the smocked panel came off (see images)

Do you think it is stretchy enough to fit a medium ? And can you tell on the outside the part that’s unraveling?

@s20835 Hi! Yes, I think it would fit a size medium as the chest is very stretchy. I have a small cup size but larger rib build that I usually wear a medium for things like sports bras (but a XS-S for tops) and this dress fits me with plenty more room to grow. As for the unraveling part, I uploaded some extra images of this for you. I don’t think it is super visible on the outside unless you are paying attention to the width between the rows of stitches on the bust. Hope this helps!
