brand new with tags. it's too big for me and I waited too long to return. literally only tried on once and put it back in the bag. I'm so sad bc it's sooo nice and luxurious and the colors are beautiful. I'm a large in alphalete bras so I thought I'd be a large in their sweaters but this was too big. I recommend staying true to your normal size color is luxury green
