INC polka dot top; true red; cap sleeve

Like new in excellent condition. I changed my hair colored and wanted to try wearing red - it’s just not my color even if I want it to be ;-) worn once or twice. Flattering fit, gathered on side seam with a little gathering at the yoke. Base layer with a tulle-feel top layer which has a white polka dot print. Purchased y2k-2005 LA Macys (Beverly Hills). Smoke free, cat-friendly home.
