INC black top with small chains down the center

Reposhing this item I purchased from @angelagardner23. In good used condition with no fading. I only wore it twice and reposhing because it is a bit too big on me. I took off some of the chains so they didn't hang below the hemline. the material has a lot of stretch to it. Questions? Leave a comment below!
